    It was written to survive on appeal.
    This law does not allow the government to investigate nor enforce this law.

    In other laws, the same is true.

    For example, I personally planned and implemented the 9/11 terrorist attack. Now, who in the government is going to investigate me?

    Unless, there is a political reason, I will never be investigated.

    The police shows you watch are fantasy. Police in the U.S don't investigate most murders.
    A person has the same powers to question someone and gather evidence as the state does. In some cases, more power. Activist pro-government judges increasing the power of the government through anti-constitutional rulings may make it seem that the opposite is true.
    I just made a confession to 9/11. I don't think the government will do anything to investigate. Take another example. The doctor who raped gymnasts. Did an FBI investigation bring him down or private citizens?

    The trillion dollar FBI didn't do diddly squat. The private citizens did.

    The law is perfectly workable. Any woman who has an illegal abortion can collect her $10,000.

    Any woman who has had an illegal abortion can collect her $10,000.

    In addition, if the doctor doesn't change his testimony, that should be sufficient for a conviction. I just know he's going to recant the moment someone sues.

    Uh, to be a slave one must have their right to bodily autonomy taken away...the fetus has no rights and certainly no right to bodily autonomy so there is nothing to be taken away..

    NEVER shown a fetus with an SSN.

    NEVER shown a fetus used as a tax deduction.

    NEVER shown a law stating a fetus is a legal person.

    A woman gets pregnant, tells as many people as possible that's she's going to have an abortion, has an abortion...and cleans up BIG with lawsuits !!!!!!:)

    I have yet to find in the Constitution or any or our founding documents that we only become human beings after we are born or some ambiguous point between conception, creation, and birth.

    Clearly they state we are all CREATED equal. we do not "grow" into that equality sometime later. It does not depend on how many cells we are made up of or how big we are. And the CREATED grants a right to life NOT the government my assigning a Social Security number one of the more absurd arguments the pro-abortion side could attempt to make to justify a mother having her unborn baby killed.

    Tough and sad why, if it is just a bunch of cells no different from snot, if it is not a human being, not a person what's tough and sad what about the abortion makes it so and don't you like? Open heart surgery is tough and sad someone has to have one but I LOVE open heart surgery and am PRO-open heart surgery because it SAVES LIVES. Brain surgery on babies is tough and sad but I am PRO-brain surgery for babies because it saves the lives of those babies.

    Seems to me many rejoice the fact that the mother can have her baby killed for any reason and march in support of her doing so calling such woman BRAVE and COURAGOUS.
