They know our borders are a joke and they can come and go as they please. We have ZERO control....and it is the JOB of the federal government. We have no idea who is here and what their intentions are. We DO know, however, that our schools are over-crowded with unexpected students where illegal families share homes. We have to educate them and we have to provide them with Bi-Lingual teachers at an added cost to taxpayers. IF any state has a great case for suing.....it's Texas.

Tell that to the people who get killed by the illegals. A few weeks ago there was a police officer killed by an illegal who was deported something like three times. They should also file against the feds for not protecting them. Which is the job of the federal government.

IF we need more people, then open up the legal process more....but secure the borders. They certainly should have insurance if they are going to drive on our roads, but insurance companies won't sell them a policy without a license. You know that many people are going to be driving even if they don't have a license, so I'm glad you agree with me that we should allow them to get a drivers license.
So? let them sue, that's the mechanism we use in this country to settle disagreements/disputes. May the best man win.
I'm still wondering how many of our bleeding heart liberal friends are going to welcome these illegals into their homes, and provide them with food, shelter, clothing, etc. Since they want them here so bad, surely they'll open their private homes (well, more than likely their parents homes) to them right?
If the Federal Government's lack of action in enforcing immigration Federal laws that's their big idea, however they should be responsible for paying for the financial damages that inaction causes. Canceling raises and bonuses for Government employees for the next 5 years should cover it.
