Freedom of Speech is a lot like that. It is Individual and protected, unless committing a crime with speech.
Yes, even by our laws, the Muslims have the Right to congregate. Like everyone else's speech, as long as it isn't used to create a riot, but it can be used in "peaceful" protests.
The opponents have just s much Right to be there to oppose as the Muslims have the Right to peaceably gather. However to say I must side with you is an attempted act of tyranny. As I will say, and have said, we'll just build a fence around them and talk to the winners.
