In a survey of top CEOs for the annual "Friendly to Business", Texas was ranked BEST business environment, California WORST. The Proletariate Are the Job Creators mindset of the major Leftists states, has caused an EXODUS of the ACTUAL JOB CREATORS, entrepeneurs, to tkae their investment risks to a friendlier environment. Second WORSE? New York, also no big surprise... If you really believe that state-level fiscal/commerce policies do not effect your state's economy, you'd best "reconfigure your processor": (Reuters) - Texas remains the top state for business and California still holds the title for the worst, according to an annual ranking of states by Chief Executive magazine released on Wednesday. Chief Executive each year surveys CEOs and asks them to grade states in which they do business. This year 650 responded, giving Texas high marks "foremost for its business-friendly tax and regulatory environment," a report on the survey and ranking said on the magazine's website. "Texas easily clinched the No. 1 rank, the eighth successive time it has done so," the report said. "California earns the dubious honor of being ranked dead last for the eighth consecutive year." California "appears to slip deeper into the ninth circle of business hell," the report said. "Each year, the evidence that businesses are leaving California or avoid locating there because of the high cost of doing business due to excessive state taxes and stringent regulations, grows." New York was ranked just ahead of California. http://www.reuters.com/article/2012...-chiefexecutive-ranking-idUSBRE8411PZ20120502 Of course, Comrades, this is a BAD THING,as people risking their own finances, using their own ideas must never be allowed to be more successful than the Proletariate....
guess nancy's stimupork bill did not give the gay gorilla porn business the boost she thought it would
Well, the first problem is thinking that "the best state to do business in" is good in and of itself. China is also a great country to do business in. That does not mean that we should adopt all the policies and labor practices of China. This is just more of the republican idea that coprorations are more important than people. That corporations are actually better than people and should be allowed to spend unlimited money in the political process for their own gain. Where is the poll of what is the best state to work in? That would show a balance of wages, jobs, education, living conditions, etc. The fact that one state is great at giving corporations whatever they want, does not strike me as a hitting the right balance. What this poll tells me is that probably neither Texas nor California has hit the right balance.
