Surely you are not trying to claim Comey vindicated her and absolved her of wrong doing here? Did Tyrelle misjudge, yes he did. Lots of HIGHLY experienced former prosecutors did. LOTS of them cannot believe or explain the contradictions in Comey's statements today. But then there has been no explanation of how they can find "EXTREME carelessness" which is the definition of gross negligence and then no gross negligence. Care to try and resolve that?

What do we know.

All the claims made here about nothing was marked classified were not true.
That only emails MARKED classified come under the law is not true.
That she never sent classified information is not true.
That everything was turned over is not true.

Did I believe she should be sent before a grand jury, you betcha, and still do, but I never dug my feet in and said it was a sure. And the fact is Comey laid those reasons out in the first half of his statement, and then the 180.

And regardless of the criminal charge that bill of goods he laid out disqualifies her from ever holding a national security clearance or dealing with classified information. Does it escape you they found she acted with EXTREME carelessness in the handling of our most highly classified information. And they attempted to hide it by destroying servers and erasing documents and hiding documents and that Clinton has lied through her teeth about it.

As I have said all along felonies are not the only wrongdoing in which a government official can engage. She and her staff with reckless disregard endangered our national security, they she and her staff should be sent packing and the Democrats should think seriously about nominating her to be the President.
