    He was essentially in charge of the Mueller investigation. Daily oversight. He refused to confront Trump about testifying...refused to allow Mueller to look at Trump's financials.

    But none of that really qualifies as "now"... I thought there was something more I had missed...

    He "let her off" because there was nothing to charge her with

    He tarnished her politically by making an unwarranted publicly "scolding" which was against DOJ policy on a number of grounds.

    And doing something you personally don't approve of does not make one "corrupt"

    It should more properly be called the Rosenstein Investigation

    He should be in jail for his announcement to reopen Midterm Exam one week before the election.
