The scheme to get Pence to delay the certification sufficient to throw the election to the house.
Seizing voting machines. etc
The 1/6 event.
Sabotage the 1/6 event.

I don't know if there was election fraud in 2020 but at least if true it's a crime. Democrats have opened a criminal investigation against Trump for collusion which is not a crime at all.

True; investigating someone for colluding to commit a crime ... is not a crime; colluding to commit a crime is a crime.

 

There is no such crime as collusion with a foreign power to win elections. What Trump has been accused of is not a crime even if it was exactly what he did.

Withholding congressional appropriated funds to Ukraine designated for their war effort in order to achieve a favor from Ukraine whose purpose is who aid in Trump's reelection campaign is an abuse of power. It's tantamount to using the full power of government for personal gain.

He wasn't indicted for it, he was impeached for it, and rightfully so.

Collusion is just a pop friendly term for 'conspiracy', which IS a crime.

 

You're conflating the talking point associated with the Mueller probe with Trump's multiple violations of law having to do with the failed coup.

 

When conspiracy is documented, corroborated, videod and photographed, it is no longer a 'theory', it is a legal 'case'.

there were no election deniers, on the whole, though " some " questioned the legitimacy of Trump's winning the presidency without the popular vote, and that's a sentiment, but in the end, everyone accepted that Trump won the election. A true election denier is the kind that goes on and on and on, at rallies, and declares he 'won the election' and the opposition stole it. No one but Trump and his surrogates did that. Hillary bitched for a while but she did concede, which Trump did not.
