    Which is why I call them "rabid". They have no or very little sense of "proportion". It's all about winning an argument and they will say just-about-anything in a vain attempt to do so.

    I don't know what happened to "learning how to debate". I was taught at high-school a long time ago. It's not difficult to formulate a good argument in accord with your beliefs. But first you must have VALID ARGUMENTS.

    When one see the mindless sarcasm as rebuttal on this forum, one must wonder ...

    I wont. We are spending HALF THE DISCRETIONARY INCOME ON DEFENSE - when our only armed enemy is a bunch of nerds with Kalashnikovs over in the Middle-east.

    Our Cold-War enemies, Russia and China, are BOTH capitalist-based market-economies nowadays.

    What the hell more do we want? How they run their governments is their business.

    And, I repeat: America's challenge today is in developing a National Healthcare System and Very-low-cost Tertiary Education. If Europe could provide both, then so can we replace the privatized rip-offs of both in the US!

    By having Federal monies spent on educating our people towards obtaining better jobs rather than sending them off to war!

    Both National Healthcare and Federal subsidies of Tertiary Education are central to a healthy people living in a fair market-economy ... !

    Why were you not able to say whether or not that out of the "THOUSANDS of resolutions", you know of one that happens to coincide with Democratic Party principles, other than Roe v Wade?

    What words of Trump have I repeated?

    So why are the judges that passed Bush v Gore and Shelby County v Holder activist justices, but the judges that passed Obergefell v Hodges and Roe v Wade are NOT activist justices?

    No, I'm just giving you the opportunity to explain why you think that they weren't legitimate decisions. Until you do, I have to continue to believe that it is because you just disagree with the decisions.

    But what was "invoked to prove" is NOT a fact explicitly stated in the text in Bush v Gore and Shelby County v Holder?

    So it is your opinion that the Supreme Court shouldn't be legislating. It is also your opinion the Supreme Court legislated in Obergefell v Hodges. Yet you agree with Obergefell v Hodges. Is that all correct?

    First, Patraeus was guilty and resigned.
