?

Is a massive outpouring of the Holy Spirit supposed to happen in Latter Days?

The death of Billy Graham marks the end of a mans Christian ministry and the arbitration of his children to divy out all the money he separated from his worshippers as they see fit amongst themselves. It will also force some of his followers to pick a new prophet to spend money on....other than that an old guy died.

    Actually you are correct..........
just as some sort of shift occurred after the death of John the Baptist so also......
we are shifting into an age when Messiah Yeshua - Jesus will take over in His Temple.....
His metaphorical Bride... His Church.... His own army / house / church........

and...... fear will again come into the people who try to call themselves teachers.........

I fear Messiah Yeshua - Jesus so much that I qualify... .and re-qualify my own statements.......
and I try to admit to what I may have just written that is significantly in error.........

I do this because I truly do fear Messiah Yeshua - Jesus... and I want to try my best to not make Him
look to be all nice.... all gentle and meek...... with no Lion tendencies.......
because the near death experience accounts of Christians have left me with
a view of Messiah Yeshua - Jesus (the being of light of NDE fame... at least in the case of His own followers)....
    who is pretty scary.........
and not somebody who anybody should mis-represent in any way.........

We are going back into a time like that where there will be a certain amount of fear to go to church..........
unless we know that we really want to make changes in our lives.......
and if I was Pastor Mike Murdock (who in my opinion talks about money far too much) ...... I would be scared for my life.... because Messiah Yeshua - Jesus stated that it is a serious error to put a stumbling block in front of potential believers........

    Matthes 18:6

"But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea."

That Pastor Kent Christmas prophecy from post #22.....
does a good job of explaining the scary aspects of Messiah Yeshua - Jesus that used to be there
in the time of Ananias and Saphira......

Back in 1988 I thought that I had a pretty good understanding of what
Messiah Yeshua - Jesus was doing on the earth..........

My church was filled with pride.... and so was I.......

We thought of Baptists as "Bedtime Baptists" and we taught that
Pentecostals were tapping into the dark side of the force through
using praise..... as a Hindu style Mantra.......
    that got themselves hypnotized...............

My pride..... and the pride of my group.......
and the accusations that came out of our pride toward other Christians.......

was up there with Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.......
which could be argued is a worse sin ...... than simply being Gay!

(Oh.... we probably tended to have generally more respect for
Pentecostals and Baptists... .than for other denominations!)

Tripe. And your quote about Ananias and Sapphira has nothing to do with Billy Graham. All his financial affairs were open to public investigation.

He spent (his Association) millions building libraries, museums and his charity work worldwide received official recognition as a top 10 charitable organisation. His son is continuing the work. Why would his followers want another prophet to spend the money on. It is being used to train and support new ministers for churches worldwide.
He was an influence for good on millions of people and his organisation the same. No. I am not a Christian, neither do I sneer at a man who spent his life doing what he believed in - and successfully. His Associations finances were always open and above board.

I am now reading the updated movie version of 'Heaven is For Real' by Pastor Todd Burpo and I just finished
chapter 26 entitled 'The Coming War.'

Many statements in that chapter by Colton at a very young age sure remind me of:
    'The Final Quest'
    'The Call'
and 'The Torch and the Sword' by Pastor Rick Joyner.

Pastor Rick Joyner deserves at least some credit for not complaining so that
his books that are available online for free... .are not taken down off the net:

Thank you immensely for sticking up for Billy Graham Ph. D.......
I actually turned to Atheism after hearing a hellfire and brimstone sermon by him back in 1966......
and I am definitely not a member of his church exactly but like you........
I feel that Dr. Billy Graham was in the top one percent of the population for
basic general honesty and a willingness to sacrifice because he certainly could have
heaped up millions and millions of dollars for himself and his heirs if he had wish to translate his
    fame into wealth!

Dr. Billy Graham also softened and learned over the decades since his fiery
messages of the '60's and I really like to see somebody progressing and mellowing
as they become more and more well informed. He also deserves credit for
continuing to learn about what the Creator is really doing with us humans.

Well the good thing is that no believers are going to be disappointed by the fact that there is no heaven. And of course the unbelievers will never know they were right!
