I love the backward thinking. Normally, "who's to blame" is an expression applied when looking for the person or factors responsible when something bad has occurred, which in this context means "who's to BLAME" for Trump's victory and views his victory is a bad thing. You clearly do. But, the more constructive thinking for you might be "who's to blame" for Hillary's loss, since that's clearly a "bad thing" from where you sit. Unless, of course, you want to keep blaming American's who disagree with you and keep losing.
