    The fact that there are no TV channels on netflix is a good thing?
    so cheaper

    I've never entertained Netflix's. In fact, terrestrial TV is hardly switched on in my house most days. If it is, then I watch, maximum, Tipping Point and The Chase on ITV (UK).

    No. It is simply an additional way of distributing movies. It has nothing to do with cinemas, tv channels and smart tv.
