So Is a France not a nation becuase all their passports say EU?

Sanctuary states simply don’t use state funds to enforce federal law. They have no ability to stop federal law enforcement from enforcing federal law

 

This is true you dont need a US passport visiting those destinations, so once again we are 50 states United

 

France is a sovereign nation. French citizens passports say France as their citizenship.

 

And yet ICE apparently can't do its job, thus the frustration. The Feds can't do **** if the states run interference, not without pulling out the guns. And if they do, the states, contrary to you're weird misunderstanding of the US, have their own military forces.

No state has their own military. There is nothing a state can do about federal law enforcement enforcing federal law.

 

But their passports say their EU citizens. You can't say France is a nation and Texas isn't if that's the basis of your argument.

Kent State wasn't the Feds shooting students. And the Feds had to deploy to Alabama to force school integration because Alabama deployed troops to stop it. The states have their own militaries, every governor is CinC of their state militaries.
