https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_divisions_of_the_United_States The primary first-level political (administrative) division of the United States is the state. There are 50 states, which are bound together in a union. Each state holds governmental jurisdiction over a defined geographic territory, and shares its sovereignty with the United States federal government. According to numerous decisions of the United States Supreme Court, the 50 individual states and the United States as a whole are each sovereign jurisdictions.[1
All subordinate to federal law, as we are a single sovereign nation. this will not stop being reality no matter how many times you rail against it. It’s demonstrable fact.
We are the United states of America, not the country of America, no matter how one is upset about the Electoral college
Strawman. I never once said we are the country of America. I’ve quite clearly, repeatedly and correctly pointed out we are the single sovereign nation called the United States of American.
We are a single sovereign nation. It’s why your passport says US next to citizenship, and not Texas (or whatever state you live in) reality is what it is. It will not change no matter how many incorrect posts you make.
We are a nation of 50 sovereign states, that's why my drivers license is issued by the state I live in, why I can use my state driver's license to board a plane, to bank, cash a check .
Which shows your residence. Your citizenship is the US, because we are a single sovereign nation. This will not stop being true, no matter how many incorrect posts you make.
Once again I used my states driver's license to enter Canada in the 1980s so your argument doesn't hold water no matter how many times you.post it A union of 50 states

And yet Sanctuary states/counties/cities foil them to the point of driving the Right insane with anger.
No relevance to the fact we are a single sovereign nation. This will not stop being true no matter how many incorrect posts you make.
Sanctuary states simply don’t use state funds to enforce federal law. They have no ability to stop federal law enforcement from enforcing federal law
This is true you dont need a US passport visiting those destinations, so once again we are 50 states United
And yet ICE apparently can't do its job, thus the frustration. The Feds can't do **** if the states run interference, not without pulling out the guns. And if they do, the states, contrary to you're weird misunderstanding of the US, have their own military forces.
No state has their own military. There is nothing a state can do about federal law enforcement enforcing federal law.
But their passports say their EU citizens. You can't say France is a nation and Texas isn't if that's the basis of your argument.
Kent State wasn't the Feds shooting students. And the Feds had to deploy to Alabama to force school integration because Alabama deployed troops to stop it. The states have their own militaries, every governor is CinC of their state militaries.
