I find a common characteristic when the side who never thought they would lose actually loses. Systematic does not mean it was not a serious security violation and risk. She intentionally put a private unmonitored server in her closet which was used for classified information. That is illegal. End of story. Period.

What they did not say is that such a server is not configured to detect an attempted hack. It would be nearly impossible to detect a reasonably competent hacker.

Her whole reason for having the server was bogus and a lie. One of her claims for using it was for convenience. It is much more convenient to use an existing server than to set up a whole new system.
