Here's the link http://en.firatnews.com/index.php?rupel=article&nuceID=2983 Though one should be curious that how the Kurdish politicans organized such a big congress to express political autonomy in the heart of the Turkish state, Ankara. The answer is simple. Because The Kurds have right to speak and seek political rights in everywhere in Turkey, including the Turkish parliement. I think this is why Turkey is not like Syria or Libya. What do you think?
i think turkey is still like Libya and Syria until the autonomy is granted to kurds then i will consider turkey a democratic state .
That's more like black and white thinking. There are shades inbetween. The Kurds should fight in the parliement. Not in the mountains. Don't you think so?
yes i do , but until that happens i suggest truce to come to reach between pkk and turkey . also what are your thoughts on turkey expelling Israel embassy over the turkish ship that was attacked near Israel while they killed 8 civilians in south kurdistan that did not cross turkey's border ? i call it pure double standards .
Killing civilians is not cool, of course. And I really don't believe that the Turkish army intented it. It was most probably an accident. But either way the Kurdish government should have called for a UN investigation. But they didn't.
yeah they are , they are taking the case to LAHAI. but until turkey apologies for it behaviors whether it was intentional or accidental which they havent yet and have refused to do so , i think the turkish diplomats should also be expelled from south kurdistan .
I'd like to think that the ICC was a bit more reliable than the UN but when Ocampo started the whole Viagra-rape-Libyan dogs thing my hopes fell.
Okay, NP. I meant an international organization should investigate. Anyway, Let's get back to the topic. Here's some footages: Notice that It's in Ankara, Turkey. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kEQfcLWno7g"]BDP 2. OLAGAN KONGRESI (DEMOKRATIK ÖZERKLIK KONGRESI) - YouTube[/ame]
Dear no one can deny that AKP is the best government towards kurds so far since 1923 , but its not up to Kurdish expectations , if AKP really wants to help kurds , they have to grant the Kurdish region with an autonomy an then PKK will have no choice but to disarm itself if they dont then i will support even KRG to fight PKK.
The high possibility of the Kurdish autonomy in Turkey has been discussed in Turkey since at least 2005. As you see, freedom of speech is there. This is the current situation. BDP governs cities too. So portraying the current situation as awful is not cool. Don't you think so?
The name Turkish doesn't necessarily mean ethnic superiority there. Plus it's official name can also be discussed in the Parliement, I guess. The point is whether the Kurdish party would try the democratic way or not.
