Joe Donnelley - Democrat candidate for the Senate.

Democrats have been kidding themselves that Donnelley has a chance since the Tea Party ousted uber-RINO Richard Lugar.

Lugar was thought untouchable, but the dems thought Donnelley could beat him. I don't know why. Donnelley was available to run for the senate because he had given up hope of winning in Indiana's 2nd CD. In 2010, Donnelley beat a complete rookie opponent only by dint of a gerrymander in the 2nd CD. this year that gerrymander is gone and the Dems have no hope whatsoever of holding the seat. so Donnelley ran for Senate and when an institution like Lugar fell, he thought he had a hope.

But yesterday, the SCOTUS ruled in favor of ObamaCare but recast its individual mandate as a tax. the biggest tax increase in history.

And Donnelley owns it because HE VOTED FOR OBAMACARE!

Now Donnelley gets to enjoy the Yamamoto moment.

    Indiana's Congressional delegation will have gone from 5 GOP - 6 Dems in 2008 to 9 GOP - 2 Dem in 2012.

Evan Bayh looks smarter every day. He retired and dodged the backlash.

Joe Donnelley shows his face and the Tea Party will be on him about his vote for the biggest tax increase in history.

Donnelley never was a Blue Dog. He was an Obama poodle all the way.
