I have yet to see so much as one minute of that hearing live or recorded. Notice that when Fox covered them during the day time they lost 1/2 their audience compared to the prior show and recovered their audience after the session was over

Because you are complaining about ratings for a federal investigation into a breach of a federal building to prevent the president from being confirmed.

 

There is no investigation of J6. Trump was cleared by Federal Law Enforcement. This hearing is nothing more than a show trial that's yielded nothing of probative value just like very other abusive prosecutorial action taken against Trump and his associates by the NY Attorney General. I have worked hundreds of depositions, and have never seen so much abuse and prosecutorial misconduct by a Judge and AG that were merely unhappy with the result of a request for production of documents that didn't exist. The AG wanted him to sign an outrageously worded affidavit swearing to have looked "Everywhere" (on the planet Earth), and Trump wouldn't sign such a document that the AG would undoubtedly use to forge a perjury complaint on the off-chance that they found a single page of his calendar containing only stick-figure drawings. I would never advise my client to sign such a form, unless it indicated that my client used his "best efforts to locate the document in good faith", but not if Trump was my client.

If there was any evidence supporting probable cause for an investigation of Trump on J6, or some any evidence to justify continuation, the FBI would pursue the outrageous claims made by the Democrats, NeoCons, and Media, an investigation would have been conducted. They got jack squat against Trump.

What will matter will be what is DONE with this.

I think the Trial of Donald Trump will be Boffo Box Office. Especially if they include Giuliani, Cruz and several others with him, as they surely should

Im commenting on the ~$20M production of a clearly biased presentation of the investigation that apparently almost no one wants to watch. Not the investigation itself.

 

The amount of Government Funds used to for abusive and unethical investigations, prosecutions, and hearings against Trump has got to be in the billions at this point with all the time spent by federal and state workers and contractors. I know the real price tag on these litigations is far beyond the total itemized by the administrators. And no one gives a flying F about it aside for Democrats and War-Hawks. There's real, exciting and more important news to cover around the World.

Honestly, I would love it if you imprisoned Trump. It would be the best case scenario for me and others that I want to move on from Trump while turning him into a martyr. I have hoped for your success over the last two years, but Democrats are completely incapable of effecting policies on the plantation.

 

I haven't heard a single liberal talk about the clown show in the last several weeks. The only left-wing policy conversation that's been discussed is Dobbs v. Jackson, because it's controversial and legally interesting. Newsmax must have done great over the last several weeks, because Fox switched their coverage to more newsworthy stories. I can't believe these dopes thought they could skate through re-election with J6 for the last 16 months.

 

Right, that's why all the desperate deflections keep getting posted.

 

No one is deflecting ****. Look, no one cares about the legal fate of Donald. J. Trump. No one even cares if the House/Senate files Impeachment #3. We have problems in the US that need addressing. We need to open up our supply chains, we need to pursue a far more favorable drilling policy to have access to our abundant, natural resources for energy. What was once a goal of the Obama Administration, was destroyed by Joe Biden in less than 2 full years.
