If I have 300 million in debt, and 4 billion in assets... it means nothing.

This thread is a waste of space.

Now you know. Businesses that involve heavy investment in Real Estate also involve high debt. Most homeowners learned that at one point in their lives or another. Renters think the investment their landlord made was debt free.

If Trump had a problem, he wouldn't be donating his salary back to the Treasury and his kids wouldn't be working for free.

Sucking up to Putin? Let's compare shall we. Obama/Biden refused to sell weapons to the Ukraine so they could defend themselves against Russian aggression. Trump sold weapons to the Ukraine so they could defend themselves against Russian aggression. Odd way of sucking up.

Just about every examination of Trump that has even a nodding acquaintance with reality is basically that by this time. He started out being just about convicted for several major crimes and then that all went away because it seems a sitting President really IS above the law and since then he's just done it over and over. Now it's become a cult of political corruption no less and I think it's driven him and all his followers bucking futs

"But, he shot this whole family just so he could push the grandma's wheelchair off a cliff"
"YOU HATE OUR DEAR LEADER WHO'S UTTERLY INCAPABLE OF DOING WRONG WHY MUST YOU TURN AMERICA OVER TO THE COMMIES REEEEEEEEEEEE"

    *rolls eyes*

The left has lost their collective minds since they lost the election. Everybody else has been watching the train wreck of opposition since then trying to pull a remote sliver of rationality back into the discussion, but clearly its lost on those infected with TDS.

Why else would they refuse to sell arms to the Ukraine after the Soviets annexed Crimea? If Trump was such a buddy of Putin's he surely wouldn't sell weapons the Ukraine can use on Putin's solders. You're not making any sense.

Where you are concerned, it's all that is necessary or warranted, because public union claptrap and propaganda is the entirety of your contribution to this forum and has been for years.

Of course you have no meaningful answer to my accurate claim about LW not understanding leverage, tax policy, bankruptcy, BUSINESS in toto, the real estate industry, etc. because you know it is true based on near universally ignorant, benighted LW posts to this thread and so MANY others on those topics over the years. You, yourself have LARPED for years about being somehow involved in construction projects? LULZ. What a joke.

If a LW EVER approached those topics in a reasonably skeptical but honest, even partisan way, from a willingness to discuss, I'd be glad to contribute more substantively, have done so in fact in THOUSANDS of posts, but it is a waste of time. The massive LW shill army, here and elsewhere, is not interested in any good-faith discussions whatsoever, merely in parroting (and ENDLESSLY repeating) ignorant, dishonest public union/Soros/CCP/et al talking points.
