I would simply gather them up, fingerprint them to identify second offenders, then give them a sandwich and a bottle of spring water and put them on the southbound bus without further delay. IN/out same day, perhaps even same hour. That way, they would pile up and be Mexico's problem, and perhaps Mexico would learn to tighten it's southern border too. Problem solved.
