And quite possibly longer, human beings are after all human beings not robots. Everyone is quite literally a collection of data collected since birth there perceptions of this data will determine had they react to all future data input pretending other wise is silly.

Are you talking about this Supreme Court justice?

The nomination of a conservative judge by a conservative President is a duty, not an accomplishment. That nomination is simply expected.

The confirmation process when the President's party controls the Senate is also a duty, not an accomplishment. The Republicans held all the cards. The result is the confirmation of a partisan, belligerent, and weepy nominee because that is the kind of man Trump nominated.

The idea that Trump's fans are celebrating this as an accomplishment is an indication of their desperation. With Trump they are looking for something, anything, to celebrate and there are slim pickings.

If Republicans are for truth and justice, why were they so eager to push Kavanaugh through instead of insist on waiting it out like last election season. Because it wouldn't serve them. McConnell isn't necessarily making himself look like a saint.

the accomplishment is that Republicans got their backs up and didn't fold like they usually do when leftist trash pull their despicable bullshit.

you better hope they don't like how that feels.

I am sure they expected blow-back, but that is no reason not to posture when the posturing is good.

Clearly Democrats are Butt-Hurt. I said at the time the GOP should've given him a hearing and voted him down.

Democrats refused Estrada a hearing for a seat on the DC Circuit Court for over 2 years because he was a Hispanic. He also deserved a hearing and a vote.

Both of those instances were all politics, but they were legitimate uses of power.

What the Democrats did with Bork, Thomas, abd now Kavanaugh, was multiple times worse than anything the GOP ever tried..

They are politicians, and most of them Dem and rep have been there way too damn long. Being politicians, be they Dem or rep the are as far removed from being saints as one can get without going to jail.

That being your primary complaint isn't so much Kavenaugh but the fact that you no longer have the courts to push the part of the lefts social experimentation that you never get through congress without being voted out tomorrow.

Explain why Dianne Feinstein did not forward the letter to the FBI the moment she received it, and instead chose to hold onto it for two months to bring up just before the confirmation vote.

Some wag once said that the easiest way to tell how advanced a civilization was is to measure the distance at which it can effectively kill it's enemies. While abit overly cynical for my tastes it isn't drastically wrong.

Some of us still possess that animalistic ape genes, there's still a lot of violence and killing within their mentality.
But I guess it's about partisanship peer pressure and I am wrong for nothing substantial about it , merely only venting something inside.

Your 'if - then', conditional syllogism doesn't work because your conclusion has no relation to your premise.

A continual delay will not advance the cause of truth. It will only provide time to invent reasons for yet further delay.

What the nomination has demonstrated is that winning at all costs is the norm. “Elections have consequences” has become political discourse...

Correction we all have them. Some of us are better at holding them in check and looking for solutions that don't involve whacking heads with sticks or the moral equivalent there of.
