    He issued that memo less than 48 hours after being handed the report.

    I doubt that I could get through over 500 pages of report an supporting documents in that time.

    He was briefed on its conclusions, and was force to admit in his memo that the report does not exhonorate Trump (which is what the report actually says).

    So, if you “take Barr;s word”, as you claim to, then you actually know that Trump has not been exhonorated.

    From there you go on to claim that Barr’s word is the only one that counts.

    Even Trump, by now, realizes that Congress has a say, and Barr has no role at all.

    So much for whistling past the graveyard!

    success is not neccessary to be charged with obstruction

    only the attempt matters
