O dear ...
Yes, in 1990/1991 he had poison gas and yes ... before in the 1980's war with Iran he used poison gas against insurrectionary Kurds in Northern Iraq and killed there also en masse civilians ... and he used also against Iranian soldiers too.
But here we have the usual American hypocrisy too ... because the gas attack on Kurds was no real topic for Reagan and Bush when it happened and it became only a topic when Saddam was the enemy. And about the gas attacks on Iranian Army, there is until now nothing told by Washington about and it was never condemned by Washington!

BUT IN 2003 THERE WAS NO POISON GAS EXISTING AND STOCKED IN IRAQ!!!

 

Why do the Palestinians bring children with them to protests where they know their plan is to provoke violent retaliations? Seems kinda psychotic to me.

I know why, but I was just wondering if anybody had a different take on it.

 

And who says that their intention was to provoke violent reactions?
And who or what gave the Israelis the right to shot people on territory of Gaza = not Israel?

 

The Great March was designed as a peaceful march but Israel does not allow peaceful Marches which the Palestinians are allowed by International law. Israel decided before the march began that it would be one with casualties and set up snipers and the rest is pretty much history. It is telling just how horrendous life is in the sieged strip that the Great March gave people a reason to live.

Out of concern for children, I wouldn't bring children to a protest that had a high probability of turning violent. That's how I exercise my concern for children.

Children live in Gaza every miniute anywhere they are with a high probability of violence and dying as Israeli's drones fly over, the noise itself making sleep impossible. Where did you get your information on Gaza. They know terror. They live with it all the time. A child is born and spends its life never knowing which relative will be killed next.


You blame their parents for Israeli snipers choosing to kill them...and the IDF did have on its website that it knew and deliberately targeted everyone it killed. It did take that down when it was trying to pretend it did not deliberately kill Rouzan al-Najjar before they started photoshopping video to pretend she was a terrorist.

Who suggested they did? The Palestinians had no intention of violent marches. They were or are engaging in all kinds of activity all over the place. How were they supposed to know that some soldier would consider a child playing football a good target. The only other person I have seen on this forum who tries to blame the parents for the children's death rather than the killers was someone who also claimed the genocide in Burma was the Rohingya's own fault that they were suffering a genocide. They should not have been born to Muslims. You apparently support the children of Gaza being killed because their parents are not able to save them. You have no problem, no criticism of a sniper getting them in his crosshairs and bang dead. This too will change. The situation in Gaza is a crime against humanity. Those who support this are as complicit. When people make excuses for the killing of children we have fallen to a level we have not known since WW2.
