That a majority of Democrats voted for the CRA of 1964,

and the Voting Rights Act of 1965

-- and signed into law by a Democratic president

    is nothing to run from.

Year later the Democratic party nominated the First African American as president.

The country then voted for him to serve as Commander in Chief.

    Twice.

Neah mate. It's them GOPs crying their little eyes out, that they aint racist... to than rant one vulgar rant about the immigrants after the other. That Trumps wife and mother are both immigrants seems to be not important in the matter, because they aint Mexican but white Europeans.

Here is how this plays out.

Democrats found out that by calling republicans racists, if they kept saying it over and over, the media would learn to accept it. Notice the media does not get all over democrats when democrats lie and call republicans racists.

Supposedly we got racist over money.

Supposedly when one wants a balanced budget, it can only mean one thing. We are the racists over that per the Democrats.

We never passed Jim Crow laws.

When we want ID to vote, oh wait, that means we are racists. But does having an ID make you racist?

Why can whites get ID yet per blacks, they simply forgot how to get an ID?

We don't run down blacks over them refusing to get an ID since we assume if they get arrested, it slows down their arresting officer or the parole agent.

We know that a majority of blacks have all kinds of ID and vote legally.

The sad thing is they vote for Democrats in huge numbers. But what about the top flight blacks?

I believe most of them vote for republicans.

    Let's clear something up.

Republicans as percentage of party were extremely in favor of the 64 civil rights act signed by Johnson.

Democrat had a lot lower percentage wanting it approved.

Democrats have much to be ashamed of.

Obama is no big deal. He won't rank high as president.

Since it is posted above, let's repeat the findings.

They boil the country in the hot water of Democrat hate. But worse than that, the Democrats are "expert liars."

Back when I was a Democrat, since they still had Jim Crow Laws and were well known racists, once I learned all about that, I abandoned the Democrats and went to the party of non racists.

As a Democrat, Mom hated the N word despite coming from Oklahoma. I did not see a black kid in school until I got into high school. Even there a school year could pass and I would not see a black kid. I had no blacks in any of my classes, not ever.

I can't recall any in college though I was not looking for them.

I just learned that Bill Walsh played for the college I first attended. Bill Walsh also played at the same high school I graduated from.

I did not realize so many famous players played at CSM. I started there in 1957.

It's funny how you gotta go back 50 years to find real racism in the Democrat party.

Black Americans won't be fooled by this propaganda.

The fact is that today's democrats bear almost no resemblance to the democrats of the past, and probably should have adopted a new name but did not. If we're talking about people in the south who were democrats in the 1950s and still alive they would be republicans today. The other republicans, however, have changed very little. And it shows.

    No.

You're not going to sell that old scam on me because I know better.

All the racism of the slavery-era KKK founding Democrat party was fully represented in the civil rights opposing era still-got-members-in-the-KKK Democrat party.

The same spirit that fought to keep them in physical chains created the concept of the permanent underclass which oppresses millions of Blacks to this very day in financial and educational chains.

    Explain that.

Explain to me how the Democrat permanent underclass is anything more than a modern and more sinister take on the plantation.

One of your most hailed Democrat Presidents that said "I’ll have those n****** voting Democratic for the next 200 years” and the permanent underclass was exactly what he was describing as the mechanism for that.

A system that keeps Blacks poor, ignorant, and angry.

-They have to be poor so they depend on you for handouts.
-They have to be ignorant less they discover what it is you're doing to them.
-And they have the be angry so you can harness their voting power come election day.

Keep them controlled like human voter cattle and herd them to the market (polling place) when needed then back in the pens (ghettos) they go.

How many decades have Democrats been promising "change" for Blacks, hmm?

At some point you'd hope they might ask themselves "gee they promise me stuff every single election time and then ignore me once I vote for them, its almost like this is a pattern".

Face it, the Democrat Party is the single greatest institution of racism humans have ever known.'

This is a fact and by denying it or supporting it you enable the oppression of millions.

Only if you completely ignore the Democrat created permanent underclass that Blacks have been contained in for those 50 years.

But then believing in the Democrat party requires a high degree of ignorance towards such things.

The both of you go read post #85 and see if you can explain it.

Dr Martin Luther King on Republican racism:

In Chapter 23 of his autobiography, King writes this about the 1964 Republican National Convention:

The Republican Party geared its appeal and program to racism, reaction, and extremism. All people of goodwill viewed with alarm and concern the frenzied wedding at the Cow Palace of the KKK with the radical right. The “best man” at this ceremony was a senator whose voting record, philosophy, and program were anathema to all the hard-won achievements of the past decade.
Senator Goldwater had neither the concern nor the comprehension necessary to grapple with this problem of poverty in the fashion that the historical moment dictated. On the urgent issue of civil rights, Senator Goldwater represented a philosophy that was morally indefensible and socially suicidal. While not himself a racist, Mr. Goldwater articulated a philosophy which gave aid and comfort to the racist. His candidacy and philosophy would serve as an umbrella under which extremists of all stripes would stand. In the light of these facts and because of my love for America, I had no alternative but to urge every Negro and white person of goodwill to vote against Mr. Goldwater and to withdraw support from any Republican candidate that did not publicly disassociate himself from Senator Goldwater and his philosophy.

The Democrats have repented of their past association with racists, the Republicans have not. Naturally, the forum right wingers pretend this is not so because they lack the honesty and integrity to admit to this TRUTH.

Oh.. you're going to hide behind the nonsense of it's okay to be racist when the Mexican entered illegally in his face, since it doesn not apply to it's kid born in the US.

73% of Asians voted for Obama 2012, and by all measures are less dependent on the "government programs" than whites. Ouch! Another talking point flushed down the toilet.

being a multi-millionaire proves absolutely nothing. Trump is in way over his head so much, even the party he's representing despises him.
