    No, but he obviously didn't think that it was inappropriate. Do you actually think that he knowingly did something this inappropriate?

    Which takes us full circle!

    Maybe he is on the Chinese payroll or maybe he is just ignorant. Either way he would have to, at least, be in his 50s to head up the Police there and if at that age he doesn't know it is inappropriate to fly a communist flag on a government building in celebration of 70 years of communism he shouldn't be in an official position. Likewise if he is on their payroll.

    Well, other party members have been known to get up and change chairs away from SD members in the cafeteria, refuse to shake the hand of SD members at debates, SD was barred from the last Noel Prize gala and are banned from this next one too .... although delegates from Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Iran, North Korea, etc are welcomed.

    The above is a playful variation of "yes" in Swedish except for SD "no" = "nej" who is not invited.
