This just proves you can not escape your past with the internet. You have to watch the video of Eric Brakey, who is running for state Senate in Maine dancing in a speedo for a water company. It is really funny and surely will brighten up your day. :roflol::thumbsup:

Even tho the video of aspiring politician in Maine is supposed to be awkward and funny, I'm really wondering how it may or may not affect his campaign.

I'm not a Republican but I don't see anything wrong with what he is doing. It shouldn't affect his campaign at all. If people are offended, then they are just too uptight.

I suppose people have to find something to get outraged about :omg: Maybe it is a sign of the times. Personally I could not give a crap. And yes it is a funny dance

The only real danger is that he'll win in a landslide and give Chris Christie ideas.

Bit dorky, but just in good fun.
Hey, who hasn't danced in front of the mirror, in underpants?

    Hahahahahaha this is awesome!

And nothing but a prelude of what is to come.

Politics are going to be HILLARIOUS as time goes on and this social networking generation gets older.

    Time to get some popcorn!

On a serious note however, this scares me (really badly actually) that it will deter even more great leaders from going into politics. Hopefully at some point both parties will ignore past things such as this.

If not there isn't a person in e country who won't be severely ridiculed.
