When they were not brutally attacking neighboring tribes, yes.

    Yes, I did.
A perceptual deficiency on your end, obviously - which fits hand it glove with your misperception that your original statement was intelligent.
If your fly were open, just what do you imagine it would prove if I said your fly was open?
Ah, so it requires a populace that's utterly devoid of people who ever violate the rights of others. Pretty much got that bang on, haven't I?
Only way that makes any sense at all is if by that you mean "actual"; and of course I'm not trying to do anything, just successfully making commonsensical observations.
No, that's what your distortions of my statements indicate.
Swell, thanks for nothing. I'm informing you that you don't know what the hell you're talking about. You're welcome.
I don't know that telling the truth helps in that regard, but it sure as heck doesn't hurt. 8)

That's fine. I just dont see anywhere a country has successfully taken this further currently. I see countries that are basically libertarian but they are failed states

But it took civilization to develop medicine, machines, and fine art.

It will be hard to convince people to give these up

I think you romanticize nature. Humans have always been at war with nature. It gets too hot, it gets too cold, there are periodic scarcities of food and water. Poisonous snakes, wild beasts, deadly microbes. Nature is in fact not very nice.

I concur on the desirably of strong families and communities. These are still possible under the state. In fact they are even more possible if the state chooses to support them.

Leftism is against families and strong communities, though.
