    The Supreme Court hearings...a farce.

    I can't help but wonder if you have ever seen a congressional hearing that wasn't a farce. I know I never have.

    Who said Supreme Court decisions are decided by “convention”? What are you talking about? That was a perplexing comment.

    Howcc m is she unqualified. She was a federal
    Court for crying out loud. Besides, there’s no requirement t to be a lawyer or judge to sit on the Supreme Court.

    One doesn’t need to be a lawyer or judge to determine if laws are comparable with the US constitution.
