In the world, there are suppliers of tools and people that use the tools too. most of the people that need to use the tools do not have capital to buy them - this is where we need to find some common ground between 'toolmakers' and the 'unemployed.'

So, how do we bridge this gap? how does someone with nothing but two helping hands get their hands on money or capital?

All they need is a few dollars, say ten? then, they can sit on a public phone, and organize supplies for others! this can be done at a social workers office, where, they can use the bank's graphs for badly needed things or stock to sell goods and make some cash.

What do you guys think? will it work?

I honestly have no idea what you are talking about, but if you know of a telephone service provider that only charges $10 in the US, please let me know.

    per call.

    You find a asking price,

    You find a supplier price,

You make profits off other people's money.

Why would I pay $10 to have someone find a tool for me I can probably find myself on the internet or at a local store and save my $10? I don't do telemarketing calls. I suspect I am not the only one.

It's not just "tools". It is natural resources, land, and to some extent infrastructure as well.

One thing I have wondered though, if all the unemployed were given all the physical things they needed, would they be able to organize themselves together to make productive use of all these resources and tools?
Then there is the organizational issue of how to allocate a single piece of capital among multiple people. For example, obviously every person cannot have their own car factory. Indeed, it is questionable whether any single person could have all the expertise needed to have a modern standard of living, if they had to provide all their own services and build all their own consumer goods. So how can people be organized to work together without leaving anyone who is "unneeded" ?

Everyone is unneeded, except to themselves. this drives them to seek for themselves.

You have read about this already haven't you?

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microfinance

If you like it..... google the name Dr. Moses Coady or The Antigonish Movement to see how relatively poor people can get organized and microfinance each other ......as a group.
