I would attribute the "secrecy clause" to apply to material discussed during the impeachment process (in the House or Senate), with the names of the Yeas and Nays being required "on any question" at the desire of one-fifth of those present.

I hate to drag up Hitler again and all that rot, but the Democrats using violence to win their failed case reminds me of how Hitler took power. Take the dog and pony show by Schiff for instance. Do we honestly not see how he drives the results? Takes witnesses and tries to force them to blame Trump. And for what? Clinton violated laws in our code. Trump has none of that. There is no law saying funding must all be funded prior to expiration per the fiscal year. It is more common than one may suspect.

Why would the public elect a man who boasted he extorted Ukraine?

I agree with you that Clinton was certainly "guilty" and should have been removed from office, but that that verdict would have not been acceptable to the electorate and the impeachment/removal process is essentially political, but not necessarily partisan. In regard to Tump, the "investigation" appears to have been conducted, according to testimony, by the President's personal attorney, not the embassy, the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, or any recognized government agency. And, he apparently withheld appropriated funds, which required notifying Congress upon withholding. But, you're only referring to Biden. He also asked for an "unofficial renewed investigation" of the already debunked Crowdstrike Conspiracy theory, which had already been debunked by the Muller Report, a product of his own administration.

because a sitting President can not be indicted, otherwise individual 1 would be in trouble

perjury is a hard one to prove in a court of law, look at the people that lied about connections with Russia - they just say they misunderstood the question

most convictions on perjury are plea bargains to avoid other charges

and lying about a consensual affair is not something anyone is gonna throw the book at someone over

do you think Trump really did not recall all those times he said he did not under oath.... but how ya gonna prove it

Name the last President that didn't lie to the American people. Including Congress. And before you answer quickly...you should think about the 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012 campaigns.

My guess is, you jump the gun.

the cult of Trump defending all the bad deeds of Trump is a closer example of Hitler's rise to power, America will never let that happen as we have co-equal branches of government

name the last President that lied as much as Trump

Trump lies big and small, pretty much every time he opens his mouth

I do not consider a failed campaign promise like I am gone to build a wall a lie, the Mexico was gonna pay for it is a lie - but Trump takes lying to a next level

Depends on the appropriation wording. In this case, it appears that a) no notification was given to Congress of the fund withholding, as required. Separate from that process, the funding may have had to have been spent prior to the end of the government's fiscal year, which would have been September 30th.
Hitler was Chancellor at the time of the Reichstag Fire (equivalent to a terrorist attack on our Capitol Building). He blamed it on "the Communists" and used the fire as an reason to ask the Reichstag (equivalent of our Congress, but a Parliamentary system) for Emergency Powers, that were allowed by the Weimar Constitution (post WW I Germany was called the Weimar Republic, after the new Constitution written in Weimar, Germany). History shows that the arsonist was probably a communist, but not part of any wide-spread plot. Once the Reichstag voted Hitler "emergency powers," he never relinquished them and while basically keeping the Weimar institutions, ruled as a dictator.
You will remember that Trump used a similar "emergency powers" law to legally move DoD funding from appropriated projects in order to build the Wall. That was upheld by the Courts. However, this time, he failed to invoke the same law in regard to his withholding Ukrainian funding, or to give Congress notification of the withholding and cause. Instead, he seems to have tried to hide the suspension of the funding, without cause. It is hold AFTER the withheld funds and the tel-con were exposed by the Whistleblower that he released the funds (September 12th), released the transcript (September 25th) and met with Zelenskiy at the U.N. (September 25th).
Impeachment and removal from office does not necessarily need to be tied to a "crime." But, if you are looking for one, I'd check out the RICO statutes created to convict Mafia bosses who gave orders for crimes to their subordinates in such a way has to avoid being tied to the crime itself.

May be hilarious to you...but I doubt it is to Sondland, Giuliani, Mulvaney, or Trump and the Russian-Ukrainian Giuliani "associates."

Your people are so obsessed with this. I hope he gets re-elected for no other reason to watch you spiral downward more in madness.

Goodness. You give deflection a whole new meaning!

You still have not answered my question.

    Does the question scare you?

Do you want another crack at it or are you just going to run under a rock?
