    We know there is fraud and cheating in Arizona but all the cheaters will accomplish is to turn the state blue against them.

    Actually the moose hockey about absentee ballots was highly biased and team T**** jumped on it. If we start telling the military, missionaries, sick, embassy personnel, Peace Corps volunteers , the infirm and workers out of town that they give up their votes we have some serious issues.

    I believe you, I hope you will believe me too.
    I had $100 millions in a bank.
    They purged the databases with my accounts information.
    They changed the password for all my accounts. No way of knowing who did what. Scripts written to change the passwords.
    Logs intentionally over written (fraud).
    Hundreds of thousands of transactions deleted.
    May they be caught and all rot in jail.
    Now you know why they won't turn over the routers and the disks.

    In both cases we don't need any evidence to be verified by the judge and by the jury, what we need to trust President Trump and to trust me!

    GIVE ME BACK MY $100 MILLIONS AND THE US PRESIDENCY TO PRESIDENT TRUMP!!!

    Because our constitution has never been about people voting, it has been about states voting. States elect the president not a national popular vote. We’re not a democracy remember, we are a republic

    They are not ignoring the constitution though. That’s what they are supposed to do as per the constitution.

    the constitution clearly states that the appointees must pass the senate’s approval. So it was constitutional. The senate clearly did not approve.

    Yes but the constitution also grants the federal government the power to guarantee a Republican form of government to each state

    But that isn't a national popular vote election.
    It's a State election. Run by the state. And it's their electoral votes.

    Which is what people take issue with. I understand our system was set up to disenfranchise blacks and women, later amended to allow those groups to vote (showing just how messed up the system was intended to be).

    Do you understand why it would upset taxpaying citizens — typically ones that pay significantly more in taxes — being told that their votes count less than the individuals in another state do?

    That statement made no sense at all.

    To clear up this theme: because the exact nuts-and-bolts of electioneering are not enumerated in the US Constitution, then the 10th amendment says that each state can conduct elections in the way it wants to. That has nothing to do with guaranteeing anyone of the part of the US federal government.

    How wouldn’t it? By forfeiting your states popular vote (as per constitution) to a national popular vote you are choosing a democracy over a republic. The states as per the constitution decide not the populace

    But it was amended. So the constitution still works. It was amended as the constitution claims it can be. If it’s not amended it can not happen.
