Perhaps refusing to speak before a grand jury would be quite legal in an anarchist state she is trying to build but she is not quite there yet. At this moment she happens to live in a non-anarchist rule-of-law state where there are laws, courts, judges, criminals, legal procedures and punishments and where [gasp] what she did is a crime punished by a jail sentence.

The reason people take forever to come to trial is because their defense attorneys waive the right to a speedy trial to have time to prepare a defense. This State does not hold it's citizens indefinitely without trial except in a few horror cases where someone slipped through the cracks. Which happens in any large State.

If you are summoned by a Grand Jury of your peers to testify, then you have a legal obligation to do so. You do not have a legal right to show contempt of court, or the State in a legal proceeding.

I mean, really that is what this thread is about right? Anarchists who feel they have the right to show contempt of court??

Contempt of Court is, and always has been, a crime.
