    That's for his parents to tell him---make that in all likelihood---parent or guardian.

    If one does not like America and want to protest against it, then be worthy of it. The little Black child should demand that his caregivers not take ANY charity from the evil American government. That means rejecting free school lunches, no Food Stamps, no Medicaid, no Section 8 housing, no TANF, no free cell phones.....

    1. Show me that your "rule" exist in this school
    2. If this "rule" indeed existed, how it's not in violation of the SCOTUS decision, and
    3. That this kid have disobeyed other more pertinent rules.
