Most/all of these cases are he said/she said. There is nothing to base a conviction on, no evidence, no witnesses just her word against his word. I think he is probably a rapist. I think the chances of convicting him are about zero. I also don't think he got any cherries.

We cannot hold the President of the United States to the same standards of the masses because as a ruler of the state he not only has the privilege of 'lying' but in many ways and situations he was obligated to lie as President of the USA. But whatever Bill says and how true it was or is does not make Bill Clinton a rapist. And no I do not remember the Duke lacrosse case. Vaguely. And I watch a lot of Fox News and I have seen Sean Hannity and Geraldo go out of their way to defend rapists that are wealthy or white. They do not defend poor rapists but if anyone wealthy like a pro athlete or some kid from a nice school is accused of rape they go in and bat hard for them without knowing any facts. Rape is a bit of a wedge issue in USA isnt it.
Bill Clinton did lie, that's a fact - however progressives made it seem Clinton was being impeached for getting a blow job, when in reality he was impeached for lying. If you don't remember the Duke Lacrosse case then go read about it.... It was disgusting. The DA ended up getting disbarred for malicious prosecution and these kids lives were destroyed... Why? Because they were white and young and the progressives in the media wanted their heads.

I sure remember the Duke case. Couldn't believe it that DA Nifong was publicly calling the 3 guys rapists when he hadn't even interviewed the accuser! Then it turned out, thru DNA testing, the accuser had 5-6 different sperms in her undies and none belonged to the accused guys.....what a pig she was! I agree. I've watched her show before during the Casey Anthony trial, and she is SO rude to her guests too. I'm surprised she ever got anyone to be on her show. She is a real witch.

I watched her during the Anthony case also. She drove me bonkers and didn't add anything relevant to her yapping. The one thing about her I'll never forget is during one of her shows, she said "I am physically petite"....WTH? I wondered where that came from, but no explanation why she would say that. Physically petite? I saw her on Dancing W/The Stars and no, she sure wasn't 'petite', she was a chunk and clomped around on the dance floor like a cow.....she was quickly eliminated.
