Just finished watching the Insiders and Business Sunday. I just can't beleive how completely inept this government is. The proposed new tax cuts won't get to where they are supposed to be going. Just another in a long line of policy screw ups. From insulation,alcopops,NBN,cash for clunkers,Green loans. Its just insane how incompetent these people are. All the while they knock the opposition on of all things economic policy!! and yet they have never had a surplus once and have never added to the future fund its all just waste waste waste. In the end when i listen to the various government officials from Julia Gillard to Wayne Swan, Penny Wong etc when you take away the spin and the legal ease there is nothing there. They say virtually nothing when confronted with their faliures just the standard BS well we're all about looking forward. My advise would be turn around and start looking at the faliures and learn from them at least. I mean my god how many times can you screw up policy that costs taxpayers billions of dollars and we get nothing for it.
I think we need to let the bush extra super sized tax cuts for the rich expire and divide those tax cuts among the working class, that would do more to help the economy as it would create jobs
couldn't agree more. This minority government is the most treacherous and the most lieing of all governemnts we have had imo. Gillard, Swan and Brown are the worst leaders of all time, they have sold us into financial slavery and they view this as a great achievement.

The tax cuts under this "bastard" Government were never meant to go where they were suppose to go, just like 10% ($3bilion dollars) in revenue from the carbon tax raised by Australian business is going to the UN to help foreigners over the Australian people WHO PAID THE TAX. LOL LOL Right now these scum-bag politicians have one edict; give away as much Australian money and Australian land to their foreign masters as possible without the population becoming suspicous, and its working a treat so far with prime Australian agricultural land and resource companies being sold off to foreigners as fast as they become available, and politicican committing 10' of $billions to the UN for unknow projects in unkown countries. We now have politicians promising the UN 10% of the carbont tax money raised in Australia by Australian businesses. May I ask what the hell did that "no-good" UN do for Australia when we were hit by devestating floods and fires? I don't re-call them ever sending us money or aid - does anyone else?
