    Again so typical of the Right, when caught covering one untruth with another, they then accuse the truth teller of being dishonest.
    Prove that DeLancey Davis, Bernard McCarthy Jr., Paul Murray, and Matthew Quinn testified under oath!

    Protocols are a collection of rules. The rule is the rule and he didn’t follow it.

    A rule is a written express principle governing behavior. A protocol is an accepted common behavior. Rules are regulations. Protocols are common practice.

    Is this from your dictionary ? Cause no dictionary says only that. Every dictionary includes the WORD rules in its definition of protocol or as a synonym. You do know what a synonym is don’t you ? Just asking.
