At what extreme do you stop applying this logic? Going outside would mean one chooses to get killed or rapped, owning possessions means one chooses to be robbed, gambling means one chooses to lose, having sex means one chooses to impregnate someone, etc. Gambling is the game of chance, perhaps you can apply your logic to anything that would fall under the definition of gambling. I wouldn't apply it to life altering choices, otherwise that person may just be a nihilist.

To maintain humanity, one should avoid abusing no more than 2 of these traits: cynicism, hypocritical, and laziness.
Such abuses lead to nihilism and who listens to those Debbie Downers.

Circling back, I think plenty of us agree that abortion is the most expensive form of birth control. That's not the valid argument that should invite the government into regulating personal birth control. Birth control is not born control, which is conflating birth control with murder.
