    Yeah and one of the problems in this country is that people are insistant for forcing all the amendments on people even when a whole group has the intention of not wanting that "right"

    Maybe the gun debate can go somewhere when the pro gun side have enough respect to be perfectly okay with the premise of a bunch of anti gunners doing something with empty space and instead of trying to force out will on everyone create out own community where we don't allow guns and let us and our families live in peace with out trying to figure out ways to either disrupt it or get it struck down when it literally has 0 effect on your life.

    If you would not be able to just not move their and let it be then you are part of the problem and why more and more Americans want the 2A gone. You guys literally act like this Town of a few hundreds or thousands bans guns Get the NRA go try to buy a gun, they didn't let us buy/carry lets sue them, court strikes down the towns law pro gunners celibate by going to that town and marching through with guns. Its ducking annoying!

    The Constitution is the law of the land - the WHOLE land - and our most fundamental rights and civil liberties trump any attempt to dismantle them.

    You can't ignore the Constitution just because you find it inconvenient to your agenda. If you want to live somewhere the Constitution is NOT the law of the land, then pack up your belongings and go somewhere with the laws and society you desire. You cannot build enclaves of totalitarianism within the borders of a country based upon the protection of inalienable, fundamental rights.

    We have just as much of a right to have said rights as to not have said rights. Just as atheism is not outlawed a community can agree not to allow guns.

    factually incorrect. There is no such thing as a right to be free from the united states constitution. If the exercising of constitutional rights is not liked on the part of yourself, then leave the country and stop complaining.

    First, how many doctors would be sued by patients disputing their Doctor's opinion? Then, there is always that stage advice... seek 2nd opinions. Doctors never misdiagnose, eh?
    Second, embedded chips would be even easier to disable than removing serial numbers.

    No because non of those things are a choice. Can't choose Race, Orentation, Who you are attracted to (racially) religion is a huge thing but on the fence as communities exist that are only one religion and people except those.

    Edit, religious communities can not ban other religions but they can say you can only practice or have to live by their religious rules
