It happened when he was a private citizen. And my question is jurisdiction not whether it should be investigated or not. Have any of them filed charges somewhere?

Don't know how you can say that. If Biden actually was influence peddling by holding back US Aid if the Ukraine didn't fire the prosecutor investigating the Company paying his son $50,000 to $80,000 a month, then Trump was correct in asking the Ukraine to investigate this.......

If Biden did what he bragged about doing, that would constitute an abuse of office as the Vice President. Being a rival candidate doesn't make any abuses and law breaking by him while VP above the law. Trump asked Zelenskyy to coordinate with the US Attorney General, NOT his campaign. If Biden didn't then there may be a case for political gain. But we won't know unless the Senate investigates during Trumps trial in the Senate. Testimony from the Biden's, Chris Heinz and Devon Archer as well as depositions by Zelensky and Shokin will be key to determining whether Trump was legitimately going after corruption or seeking to damage a political rival. The path is clear and their testimony is more than relevant.

These days, fifty women can accuse a rich famous man of sexual misconduct, and you can't be sure that he actually did it.

If multiple women suddenly start coming forward accusing a rich famous man or political figure, and the alleged abuse happened years and years ago, yet they didn't come forward then, I'm going to be skeptical.

That is factually incorrect as I am sure you have been told a zillion times. Shokin had gone to sleep investigating, and that is why the US, the EU and the IMF etc wanted him gone.

    *snip*

Go for it. No skin off my nose. It is a dead-end, however. He was doing what the US White House wanted him to do.

First, you are conflating what Biden Snr said on TV for us all to see, and the Trump stuff. Secondly, Trump also asked Zelensky to get closely involved with the persona no grata, Giuliani.

The only Trump under the pump is Donald, no other Trump.

It would be far easier for Trump to simply allow those he has gagged, to speak. It is his conduct under review, no-one else's.

So you didn't even read the first sentence of the OP?

"Three women have come forward to publicly accuse Gordon Sondland of sexual misconduct before the prominent businessman became the US ambassador to the European Union."

Have any of them filed charges? What do you call people who make public allegations and then refuse to press charges so they will be investigated?

All that being true she should have kneed him in the nuts. That is a perfectly acceptable response.

    Well stated.

Corruption is corruption and it sure looks like it was pandemic based on the money trail that Giuliani has uncovered.

Anyone who watched Sondland's testimony could tell that he was being pressured by Schiff's surrogates.

And now we find out that even more of Schiff's cabal had ties to Barisma.

At the time of the pipeline deal, Ciaramella was working for Biden. I would love to have a peek at Ciaramella's passport.

Sondland says his family, businesses receiving threats over role in Trump impeachment inquiry..........against Democrat-led calls to boycott Sondland's hotels in Oregon.

    Talk about witness tampering.
