    He had to be out cold during the entire episode after he left the lane he was travelling in. Since there was no odor of alcohol according to the police he had to have taken something that knocked him out cold.

    His wife turned out to be a skanky ho as well. Forced him to rip up their prenuptial then divorced him a few months later and took him to the cleaners for a billion.
