My original comment was a response to you making a speculative claim about NATO - a pure assertion on your part. Then you doubled down by making a claim of fact about the Warsaw Pact that was straight out false AND betrayed your contempt for people repressed by the USSR/Russia & its allies. Pretending that the USSR didn't enforce its control of Eastern Europe with the direct threat of military force - and that is what you did - is as misleading a claim as can be made.

Trying to make this about me or anything other than your claims is just an attempt to distract from what you said and what that says about your perspective.
