Cruz also went before the court and tried to argue you don't have a substantive liberty interest in masturbation. He's also polling terribly.

 

1. Deportation is never the answer, regardless of legal status. Accommodation and a faster way to attain naturalization is the best way to go. "Accommodation" is the keyword here.

2. If people are so concerned with losing jobs, begin your own business. Find your niche, whatever interest and skill set you have, and find an industry to start a business in, many of which are low-capital startup's, such as internet-based businesses. Start a guitar company that manufactures guitars in the US exclusively.

3. There has to be a better policy than the misleading, empty promise that not a single Muslim will enter the US. It's fact that Muslims tend to be the most highly-educated demographic, you really want to chase that away from America. Just like the unrealistic promise that Mexico will pay for the wall in its entirety, lets come down to earth here, and deal with the fact Muslims are going to get into the US, and we're not going to be able to keep them all out.

Make eVerify mandatory for employment and ALL government benefits. Then take away their ability to keep legitimate jobs with phony, underage or stolen social security numbers. The SSA and IRS are all too well aware of multiple people using a single social security number. With modern computer databases, it wouldn't be hard to pluck out all the duplicate, non issued or under age users excepting the original issuee. Then send notices to their employers the duplicate users payments are coming from that there appears to be an error and they must verify the social security number within 30 days or face massive fines and jail time. Then move on to the Individual Taxpayer Identification Number filers, requiring them to provide their valid visa's allowing them to remain legally in the country, send notices to their employers the ITIN employee payments are coming from must verify the employee's valid visa within 30 days or face massive fines and jail time. Compile a list of those failing to provide the valid visa's and investigate if they are in the country legally, if not deport them.

With little to no income and no government benefits, they'll go home on their own.
