    Certainly can be both, but it doesn't really matter with the FBI corroborating the statement made by DNI Ratcliffe. It turns out that Joe Biden has been intimately involved(as he always was) with the paid to play scheme that's bipartisan and includes Republicans and Democrats.

    Does it matter, we have bigger problems, the Chinese are in the hands of a possible leading Presidential candidate, with possible blackmail that could be who knows how deep in scope.

    An attorney for the Trump Organization told The Times that the bank account Mr. Trump's company owned in China is still open.
