But whatever the state does is right, and all citizens tacitly agree to it, right?

Ah, so now your argument is so idiotic that I would have had to invent cellular division.

Seriously, its ****ing stupid. Just because you make something, if that thing is self-aware, torturing it is evil.

What determines whether or not a particular action is evil or not? And what does it mean to say that something is evil anyway?

Yup, the law, which uses doctors the ones who diagnose, decide and determine conditions.

The law uses expert's (doctors in this case ) opinions to make law, because the "Law" is not a medical entity..

In what way could eternal torture for temporal sins be good?

I’m really not sure what your trying to do by saying that it’s just as bizarre trying to question someone’s faith

I'm not sure what you mean by good. What makes something good or evil?

We have legislative power to shape the choice of our fellow Americans, in this case, when a baby survives an abortion, that baby is ENTITLED to life giving aid as an American Citizen. Aid that the Left just blocked legislation that would compel it. Your off topic rantings about God are just that, off topic, we have no power to legislate over Acts of God.

Abortion Survivor Gianna Jesson speaks out.

Democrats would deny her care while Planned Parenthood allowed her to die and then chopped her body up into parts for sale to the highest bidder.

:) Yup and the doctors do what is legal.

But those who make laws seek expert testimony ( doctors). A politician is NOT a doctor ...

So what are the legal criteria, defined by the politicians, with the help of this expert doctor testamony?

So you would block any next of kin from taking a loved one off life support as well, unless that person had a living will clearly stating they were not to be kept on life support?

Right back to : "ask a doctor".....neither YOU nor I are doctors so neither you nor I have an opinion that matters.

Don't you have a computer? Google it...

Voted down ALL requirements to care for a living breathing baby that had survived an abortion, not just the ones on life support.

The later a termination is performed the higher the chances are that a fetus will be born alive. Abortions in the third trimester are almost universally illegal for this reason in the developed world, except in the US, were Democrats just shot down a bill that would require medical treatment for abortion survivors like Melissa, shown above.

After Melissa's mom's late-term abortion in 1977, Melissa was placed in a medical waste bin to die, but with an indomitable will to live and nurse that listened to her heart, this life-giving nurse saved Melissa's life by rushing her to intensive care. The staff at the Missouri hospital had been instructed to "leave the baby in the room to die."

As a result of the botched saline infusion abortion, Melissa was born suffering from jaundice, respiratory distress and seizures. Doctors expected this to cause problems into her adult life, but it miraculously did not.

God bless you Melissa. Thank you for sharing your brave story so that all of us have a face and a name to place over this horrible practice of withholding medical services from survivors of abortion in order to ensure that they die. Living breathing Americans, the most vulnerable among us.
