Why not jump to the end result and just vote liberal. Instead of dragging things out for decades.

Because not every republican leads a secret life as a liberal democrat

Some of them really are moral conservatives

Really? Can you name some? Anyway, more and more you vote for the same type of people you detest as liberal. And in a few decades, the new conservative is the old liberal.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions said, “I have no reason to doubt these young women.”

Ivanka Trump, “I’ve yet to see a valid explanation and I have no reason to doubt the victims’ accounts.”

Alabama Republican Senator Richard Shelby refuses to vote for Roy Moore.

Both Republican Senate Leader and Republican House Speaker, among other Republican politicians, have condemned Moore.

    The response from Moore's apologists?

There does seem to be a general decline in society since liberals took over education and pop culture

But the left is not standing still

Whatever conservatives are in 20 years liberals will still be worse

Not if you don't hold your own side to the same standard you hold others.

The real problem here today is the hypocrisy.

Look, I really don't think that Roy Moore should drop out of the race based on an accusation. I think the electorate should decide that based on what they know at the time of the vote (and that ain't good for Moore). But I didn't think that of Bill Clinton either. At the end of the day I don't care what two adults do in private as long as its consensual. But the hypocrisy of those on the right who claim Bill Clinton a serial sexual assaulter, are completely silent on the many accusations made against Trump. The similarities on both sides are amazing, yet the reactions could not be more different. Clinton is "guilty as hell", and Trumps accusers don't even deserve to be heard. The left is just as guilty when they support Clinton, and in the next sentence scream about Trump. Until we hold our own selves accountable, you cant hold others accountable.

But when it comes to Roy Moore, the right may be harming themselves much more than they realize today. The accountability i spoke of is two-fold in this case because they are now supporting Moore just because "we need the vote". To me, that is admitting that the accusations may be true, but you want him elected because you hate liberalism that much (or at least your own twisted versions of it). Your willing to put a pedo in congress, because thats somehow better than liberalism. Just think about how twisted that is. It is that support for Moore, that may come back to bite the right in 2018...............

Nonsense - last time I checked Franken was fully employed (as a senator), and so was John Conyers (congressman - still has his job)....and people have not dumped Hillary for embracing as her #1 person of all time (her spouse and political partner) sexual-harasser-in-chief Bill Clinton.

    How can they be worse
How can they be worse? Are you saying you are worse today than your grandparents were? I bet you are more liberal than they were.
If one day, conservatives will be what liberals are, all that means is they are slow to adapt to change.

Democrats also won't condemn a certain guy named "Mohammad" (because his followers vote 90% Democrat!) even though he raped a 9 year-old little girl (Aisha) repeatedly, felt perfectly justified in doing so, and even wrote to BEAT women in chapter 4, verse 34 of his best-selling book - causing untold numbers of children to get raped over the year,s and untold numbers of women to get BEATEN.

True, but I'm reading more and more that Bill Clinton is being rejected, finally. Finally people will dump Hillary along with Bill.

One was a private citizen the other was a president and doing it in the oval office, you don't see a difference?

Yes I think so because our society is less moral and less human than generations of our grandparents

You began this thought by taunting me about conservatives being more liberal in 20 years

And I just meminded you that liberals were in decline too

No....all of the accusations of "assault" came before he was president (i.e. Private citizen)......what he did in the oval offices was consensual. What consensual adults do is their own business

But thats is a moot point because its just as wrong when a private citizen does it.......

If he wan't lying about it at the time, then he is a changed man to the extent he is lying about it now, certainly.

Decline is subjective. If one has been one of the many minorities conservatives wanted to keep as 2nd class citizens, the morality has been increased.
Not being able to take a switch to a child out behind the woodshed is also a moral incline.
So, it depends on one's perspective. And given, you admit to being more liberal than your grandparents, that makes you less moral than your grandparents in your mind.

    Again, two CONSENTING adults.

He and Trump were both accused of assualting woman BEFORE they were president. Your attempt to make them different doesn't work.

It's interesting that Hillary gets sh*t for standing by her man, they are still married after all those years...

Meanwhile Trump's first wife accused Trump of rape! He attacked her and pulled out her hair.

And he cheated on her proudly for over a year, bragged about it...tore apart his family.

    Than divorced again.

Than talked about grabb*ng p*ssy and forcing himself on other women while married to his last wife....and has countless accusations of harassment as well...

But Hillary gets sh*t for standing by her man...and Trump gets a full and complete pass from the family values party now that he pretends to be whatever it is he is pretending to be.

F*ckin hilarious the way people see things how they want to see them right down the ol party line.

Of course that's how you see it...

What should a wife do when her husband is accused of things? What is Moore's wife doing? Having the victims over for tea?

What do you think of Trump's and Moore's victims...? Let me guess...Whores? Liars?
