    The country was more racist back in King day.
    Today, more people realize how racist some are and take offense about it. IOW, more people want to end the systemic racism in our country that, wink wink, doesn't exist.

    Yes, and I remember the congressman involved in the incident. I also remember David Koresh and the Branch Davidians in Waco, and the Freem and Unibomber caught in Montana of all places. I hope and other people who would agree with me Trump doesn't consider running in 2024 or say good-bye to our democracy as we know it forever, because that's what's going to happen if Trump gets in there in 2024. Keep your eyes open for this.

    Trump's rallies fed red meat to the those who already loved him and were fun for his supporters but did nothing to reach out to middle voters who were undecided. He did very poor with those voters.

    The fact he only got 26% of the independent vote is a major failure.

    Trump lost because he did not do as well with white voters. Or Biden did much better with white voters than Hillary.

    It's not for a lack of trying. Take his rally he embraced on Jan 6 2020. Also, his phone call to Ga SoS to find him just enough votes to win.
    He tried hard to harm our democracy. But the system held up. For now.

    Trump has done more to harm our democracy than any other major figure in our country in (conservatively) centuries. Stop the bullcrap of playing make-believe otherwise. The dude ACTUALLY tried, repeatedly, to reverse the results of the election. And still remains the leader of his party. Come to terms with reality, even if your favorite Dear Leader never will.

    I wouldn't be surprised if Trump tried to destroy our Democracy. He tried to do it when he was President and He'd do it again. Trump wants a dictatorship, and you can bet he'll do it.

    He tried to reverse the results of the election. Dems, for all of their faults, did not. You can play word games to say that it doesn't count as a "dictatorship" if you really want to be evasive, but the fact is he tried installing himself as an unelected leader.

    How do you know that he did nothing of the sort? Why was Trump impeached twice? when Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton were only impeached once? Did you know that Nixon resigned to avoid being impeached. Nixon would have been impeached if he didn't resign. Why did Trump lose his twitter account permanently? Explain to me why Trump was voted out of office in 2020. One reason is that Trump can't be trusted that that is a fact. Why don't you stop talking out of your own rectum because I state the true facts here. Simple as that.

    All those things happened because democrats hated him. If democrats hated him that much he must have been doing some good. Democrats wanted to impeach him before he became president which is a major assault on our democracy.

    Trump had 80 million followers on Twitter and was removed because of a decision by one lying pos human being. Jack Dorsey.

    Specifically tell me how Trump wanted a dictator because dictators do not step down voluntarily. Trump left office on Jan 20th. It's a lie that he wanted to be dictator.
