    because it was a noose - just because someone made the noose a year earlier doesn't mean it was not a noose

    the FBI never said it was not a noose, they investigated the noose and found it not to be a hate crime against the driver, but it was still a noose

    What should he apologize for? The rope sure as hell looked like a noose . . . the FBI even referred to it as a noose. Turns out it wasn't. So, unless you have some evidence that he put it there, this is complete nonsense.

    What does it say about the intelligence of this driver that he lacks the pattern recognition skills to detect a rope pull for a garage door? What does it say about America that people with this level of cognitive impairment are given a mic and a national audience?

    The noose did exist. The fact that it was a generic redneck noose is irrelevant and Bubba responded much better than trump has so far.

    Without question he has that ... but what he has "down there" more, is missing at an important other area ... in an organ that is scientifically called "brain".

    And let's stick to the facts: Was there "something" shaped like a gallows knit? Yes!
    According to the FBI, a garage cable was formed to it and that since months efore and therefore not especially for the driver = no hate crime for the FBI.
    Wallace, on the other hand, doubts the result of the investigation because, according to him, the picture in the photo was not a garage rope.

    What's right ... what's wrong? No idea and I personally don't care ... because NASCAR interests me as much as the Baseball League in Japan or which team basketball champion has become in Cuba ... means NASCAR and motor sport in general interests me not in the slightest ;-)

    That rope pull was absolutely tied in a noose. Regardless of when and why, it was a noose.
