There is no indication and certainly no charge of Stone lying at all in court, but dream away. Nor was he charged with anything to do with Trump, so Romney, dream away in your political fantasy. He was charged with ticky tac process crimes, and, as doombug points out, overcharged and falsely charged. He was also tried by a political hack partisan judge and a tainted prejudicial jury. This case is corrupt as you say but all of the corruption lies with the prosecutors, judge and jury.

Knock it off. I didn't say that. I said they were process crimes and didn't deserve incarceration. Please read before responding.

Why? Do you think his antagonists can now say "We really got him now" for the 117th time?

    You put “crimes” in quotes.

Now you say that process crimes are real crimes but don’t deserve incarceration. Are you sure about that?
    Witness tampering?
    Witness intimidation?
    Obstruction of justice?

    her who? link?

there is 12 jurors, only takes one to think he was not guilty - so bias favors the defendant

and as I said, bias favors the defendant, there is 12 jurors, only takes one to think he was not guilty for the da to lose their case

what's that? Trashing justice and the law by telling us a Felon who was the President's campaign manager get's his sentence shortened by lying on behalf of the President himself because his loyalty is not to the country but to the president ?

Stone was never a campaign manager. He commuted the sentence (not to be confused with a pardon) because he thought there was a risk that Stone could die from Covid in prison. It was an extreme sentence for a harmless old man that lied.

In this case yes. The whole thing was political. If you can't see that then I can't help you understand. Stone was stupid but not dangerous.
