I tend to accept her evidence because it was given under oath. It also seems consistent with what trump said publicly and what we know about him. Her evidence is believable.

There is only one part of her evidence that is hearsay, and that relates to trump’s effort to grab the steering wheel. I would want to hear from the people in the car before I took any view on what to believe.

But the rest of her testimony was not hearsay. It was sworn evidence. There is no reason to believe she perjured herself.

In any event, the court system is based on using sworn testimony. She gave evidence under oath. You haven’t provided any reason to question the truth of what she said.

If she lied about that, why should we believe anything else she says?

Hutchinson testified under oath about things she personally witnessed. That is evidence.
She also testified about something she was told. That is hearsay.
There is no evidence that contradicts or calls into question the veracity of her evidence.
Her evidence is also consistent with what we know about donny. Her evidence is believable.

Dirty donny has repeatedly said things about the election for which there is no evidence. No documentary evidence, not even sworn witness testimony. No evidence whatsoever. Yet you don’t criticize him for his lack of evidence.

Whether it is true or not, my opinion is that people in the Trump orbit have leaked BS for years knowing that the Dems/msm will jump at everything and run with it

Thus creating easily debunked "news" to build the "fake news" drumbeat to dismiss everything that is reported as being false
