    Article II, Section 2 of the United States Constitution which states that the President "shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment" ..

    It only says he can pardon. It does not put any limits on this power.

    So if a partisan Congress refuses to impeach a President and he has committed crimes...he can pardon himself???

    That makes him a King.

    Do you think the Founders wanted a King?

    That was some lawyer (not liberals in general)...and apparently you didn't bother to read all the way through

    However, all options may not be exhausted. There remains a possibility that self-pardon is grounds for impeachment as an abuse of power. Furthermore, there is the possibility of impeaching Clinton back from her time as Secretary of State.

    This Constitutional Decision has been upheld twice.

    Once under Nixon in 1974 and under Clinton in 2000.

    The sheeple can't help but, parrot the fake news.

    It's all they have.
