Yeah dems upset they won't be able to parade another long line of 3rd party hearsay witnesses through the senate using the Christine Blasse Ford, Fiona Hill model as their so called proof.

He is also the only president to be impeached on a false narrative and will be listed as the president that literally tore down the democratic party single handily.

But you are right, he is setting all kinds of records.

Isn't it interesting to watch the swift speed at which Trump defenders went from cheering on the Senate Trial because that meant they would get to see testimony from Schiff, Joe Biden, or whomever else they so desired to now they want the Senate trial to be as quick and witness-free as possible?

Let me just say, if it comes to a series of simple majority votes, I think it is more likely that 4 GOP senators will join Democrats to seek out the eyewitness testimony from relevant witnesses with first hand information as compared to 51/53 GOP senators remaining united on a motion to dismiss or a subpoena of people like Hunter Biden.

As for Bribery, again, it is part of the Abuse of Power article.

Noah Feldman, one of the main democrat witnesses in the impeachment hearings in the house, and harvard law professor added this:

"Both parts are necessary to make an impeachment under the Constitution: The House must actually send the articles and send managers to the Senate to prosecute the impeachment. And the Senate must actually hold a trial," he argues. "If the House does not communicate its impeachment to the Senate, it hasn’t actually impeached the president. IF THE ARTICLES ARE NOT TRANSMITTED, TRUMP COULD LEGITIMATELY SAY THAT HE WASN'T TRULY IMPEACHED AT ALL."

Pelosi is going to have to wipe and get off the pot at some point or there was never no impeachment.

If it’s never sent to the senate trump will still remained impeached. The house has the sole power to impeach. All that remains is if it’s sent to the senate, and will he be removed or not. That had no effect on the impeachment.

There were hearings and a vote and all that, but so far impeachment never really happened.

Well, this is demonstrably false. Trump is officially and forever impeached. The only part that hasn’t happened is the senate trip to determine if he’s removed from office. That has no bearing on him being impeached.

He tore down the Democratic party by putting them into power.

    Real solid logic there.

Take it up with Noah Feldman. I'm sure he's interested in your opinion.

I think your mind is as open as Nancy Pelosi's and you're not likely to change mine either. I think the witness list will be managed by Mitch this time around. Let's hope he is equally fair as Democrats in the House were.

Actually, we are all cheering on the Democrat destruction as you flail wildly about as President Trump remains in office and gets elected again. I don't think you have any idea how stupid and foolish these people, like Pelosi and Schumer and Sciff really look. They look like complete anti-American crybaby's that just can't get over the election in 2016 and are terrified of Barr and Durham uncovering all of the maleficence done by the previous Administration.

This is why we are celebrating. You (Democrats in office) are self destructing in real time, on live TV, in front of the world:

I don't care what he is interested it. The constitution is crystal clear on this. The house has the SOLE power of impeachment. The only function the senate has related to impeachment is to hold a trial to determine if he will be removed from office. That has absolutely no bearing on the house impeachment.

To tell you the truth about Trump: He is weird and that's all there is to it.
