Is that how you "wreck them?" With nutty conspiracy theories you can't show have a scintilla of truth to them? Sad.

Are you implying that Leftists are "loyal to America" ? Because of all the BS flying around lately, that the biggest lie of them all.

eta:I love how you showcase your own lack of maturity evey time you grovel with childish delight over name calling, "Dirty Donald"!

Ooohh! you are SO witty, and sophisticated!

No one can take you seriously. I mean that sincerely. Not. Ever. (and you're not alone).

No, to incite his scurrying rat followers to kill people...because he knows his accusers are right....if he thought they were wrong he wouldn't need to act like a rat backed into a corner...:)

This is truly unbelievable. Now Trump threatens those working in the White House with death.

Trump told members of his staff from the United States Mission to the United Nations that he wants to know who provided information to a whistle-blower about his phone call with the president of Ukraine, saying that whoever did so was “close to a spy” and that “in the old days,” spies were dealt with differently.

“I want to know who’s the person who gave the whistle-blower the information because that’s close to a spy,” Trump said. “You know what we used to do in the old days when we were smart with spies and treason, right? We used to handle it a little differently than we do now.”

In the "old days" spies were shot.

Incredible. This guy really is quite stupid. Is Trump losing it?

Trump said, "I would like you to find out about the other thing. There's a lot of talk about Biden's son, that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that so whatever you can do with the Attorney General would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you can look into it... It sounds horrible to me."

On Aug. 12, consistent with the procedures established in the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act, an unidentified whistleblower sent a disclosure and complaint to the inspector general for the intelligence community.

The inspector general determined upon preliminary review that the complaint was credible and that it related to a matter of “urgent concern (a statutory classification). The inspector general then transmitted the disclosure to the director of national intelligence (DNI), as required by law.

The inspector general was appointed by Trump.

The acting DNI broke with Trump and his Republican supporters Thursday, defending a whistleblower and intelligence committee watchdog who exposed contacts with Ukraine that could help lead to the President's impeachment.

"I believe that the whistleblower and the inspector general have acted in good faith throughout. I have every reason to believe that they have done everything by the book and followed the law," said acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire, testifying before the House Intelligence Committee.

The acting DNI was appointed by Trump.

The Republican-led Senate voted unanimously in favor of a resolution on Tuesday calling for a whistleblower complaint involving President Donald Trump to be turned over to congressional intelligence committees.

Trump's trade war with China has failed as both sides seem to be backing down.

Trump's policies regarding Iran have failed. He withdrew the U.S. from an agreement that was working and imposed harsh economic sanctions on Iran. Today Iran can do anything it wants, violate the JCPOA protocols just as Trump did, seize ships, mine ships, shoot down sophisticated American aircraft, and destroy the world's largest oil refinery. Trump does nothing except impose more sanctions on the most sanctioned nation on the planet and are virtually meaningless

Trump's Middle East policy is in shambles, essentially non-existent. Because Trump has given Netanyahu everything he wants, the Arab republics and our allies no longer trust Trump. The U.S. has lost its seat in the Middle East talks. Russia has replaced the U.S.

Being the lead diplomat in North Korean talks, providing Trump with elaborate and extended photo ops, has been a total failure. If anything, matters are worse because it seems our President has a love affair going with the communist dictator. They even exchange love letters. Trump made himself look like a fool in all this. One reason being, since the short range ballistic missiles only reach South Korea and Japan, both allies, Trump does not consider their tests serious.

In the House there are ongoing investigations related to the Mueller Report and the clear evidence of obstruction of justice. Trump is a co-conspirator in the hush money payments to a porn star and a Playboy bunny.

Despite a campaign promise, Trump still has not turned over his tax returns. Obviously, he is hiding something.

As of Aug. 5, his 928th day in office, he had made 12,019 false or misleading claims, according to the Fact Checker’s database that analyzes, categorizes and tracks every suspect statement the president has uttered. Americans cannot trust anything he says.

And now the whistleblower complaint in which Trump asked a foreign government to interfere in our elections on his behalf and clearly implied that military aid approved by Congress was contingent on that country's cooperation.

Trump can no longer govern. It is time, past time, actually, for him to retire. If he loves this country like he says he does, he has no choice. This cannot continue.

Is it just me, or do others also see that the Trump supporters become more unhinged as the whistleblower crisis deepens? Now, they are defending Trump making "jokes" about shooting spies. How low can they go? To their credit, it seems that only two Trump supporters are stepping into this thread.

Now they are making the argument that trump is above the law. I've run into this three times in two days. So they are showing their true colors. They are enemies of the Constitution and this is a defacto war on the US. Their loyalty to trump far exceeds any allegiance to the US.

That's exactly the argument that Trump us trying to make. If you are loyal to him you are loyal to the US. Personality cult to the highest degree.

Except this is far beyond a cult. This is a national betrayal. It is a war on the Constitution.

But the woman will likely see jail time... She was already under investigation for other misconduct. That is why McGuire took it to the DOJ.

Gordon is a big Warren supporter and the money was coming in from a Soros backed shell organization.

So now it remains to be seen if she can be flipped to find out who gave her some of the information. Much of the stuff in the letter isn't even close to being accurate, but the stuff that is should be tracked.

The cover up is always worse than the act itself. -- Watergate.

Trump and his supporters have a dim view of history and little respect for hard lessons of the past. Was Trump "kidding" about killing whistleblowers? if course not. It was a stark warning to anyone having the "disloyalty" and audacity to squeal on the Don. Here's what is doubling interesting, though. Where was the leak and who is the whistleblower are paramount in the minds of Trump and Company. It's driving them nuts.

One of the GOP questioners had the bad judgment to pin the blame on the intelligence community, the media, or a disgruntled, biased government worker. In short, he blamed everyone except for the obvious source, the White House. Trump has engendered more disloyalty than a starving rattlesnake in a rabbit community. It is reasonable to suspect that half of the people working for or around Trump hate his guts. That's why Trump and company will look everywhere else.

Will the whistleblower ever be identified? Unlikely. He/she has already spawned a dozen other whistleblowers spilling the beans all over the Oval Office. The cover up has blown up and people are running to their lawyers. The latest little tidbit has accomplices hiding the full phone transcript in a top, top secret server along with the nuclear codes. That poured a bucket of gasoline on the affair. Now things won't stop and people won't stop talking, especially the star of the show.

When this will stop is impossible to tell. After only a few days investigators have identified more culpable individuals than the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Subpoenas will start floating down like the leaves of October. When things get white hot, and there is a sense that Trump is losing supporters, Republicans will come out from behind their rocks. The avenging angels will have arrived with a bucket of yellow paint. When that happens, this final Trumpian disaster will be over and out.
